Lennon does a good job going above and beyond to provide an excellent experience while getting my car serviced there. He always makes sure my car gets exactly what is needed when it’s needed. I always enjoy my experience he provides while taking my car there to be serviced. His customer service is through the roof and always has been, that’s why I take my car to Elmore Toyota versus any other dealer! Thank you.
Service Manager Mark does not care about customers health. He does not enforce face covering at his center.

Exceptional service from Michael Horner! I was completely informed by text and phone messages as to progress of my car’s repair. I was notified when it was completed and verified the exact time I could pick it up. The job was perfectly completed. Kudos to Michael and Elmore Toyota for such an amazing employee to represent quality of customer service!

Overall good experience. Didn't want to go back to Huntington Toyota. This dealership was good and friendly. Only problem was got to my service appointment 10 minutes early at 10:20. Wasnt checked in until 10:40 because the line I drove Into wasn't moving. Cars that pulled into the service line to the left were cruising through. About six cars went before me that I was there before. Had to ask 2 people if I needed to change lines. Besides that...quick with maintenance...friendly people. So definitely not a bad experience however that part was a little frustrating.
I was there @ 10:30 AM for appointment set. But did not get the car back till 1:30 PM. I wish I was told it’d be that long wait when calling for an appointment. Thanks.
