While my next comment is addressed to Toyota, you should be more considerate due to pandemic . My 2 years free service expired in May . I have been working from home since March and there is no timeline yet when we will report back to work. I limit my going out and in fact hesitant to bring my car . I was charged for the tune up since I only brought car today and not prior to expiry of 2 years
