Two items, the passenger side front window had drops of what appeared to be oil. I wiped clean, however I believe this should have been caught when cleaning car after service.
2nd item, please see picture, there is a fastener missing, please mail replacement and I will install.

I was well taken care of and enjoyed the service from Hector.
I had an axle repaired at your facility. It leaked again and while still under warranty, you ordered the part to repair the problem. Now you tell me I'm responsible for the labor. I'm 65 years young and can't afford, nor believe I should pay a cent for the labor. Well, here it is a day later and I still haven't received a phone call about the part to fix my axle. In the meantime yesterday,I purchased a headlight bulb and requested it to be installed. I never received an estimate for any charge for the installation. Come to find out that 5 minute job cost me $46.50. That's 150% more than the cost of the bulb. Oh,and you kept me at your facility for 4 hours waiting for a part that never arrived and 24 hours later, still no communication from Hector Topete regarding the delivery of my axle part. So it cost me $77 to replace headlight bulb, wasted 4 hours of my time yesterday and Hector hasn't reached out to me about the status of my part or whether Elmore Toyota will pick up the labor. Thank you very much for some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Oh, and I used to work at Toyota Racing Development. I'm not sure what I did to warrant this treatment from your customer service when Elmore Toyota did not repair my car originally. Sincerely, Bryan P

Love the recall fix on the airbag and window. But if the airbag was fix, why the airbag icon warning light was still on the dashboard after the fix? That would be my last question, but I don't care. Thanks.

I had a 9:20am appt. I arrived at 9:15am. I didn't get seen with a service advisor until 9:45am. Car that was after me was seen before me cause she had an appt. with a certain service advisor. If thats the case when I made my appt. I should of been given a service advisor name. Why should carsxthat arrive after me be seen before me? Why did it take 35 minutes to be seen?
