I’m not satisfied with my service. They didn’t do anything to my car but hold it for two days. I requested maintenance for my car but when they returned my car, I noticed my car was messy. The chair was reclined, which I assume that they slept in my car. I tried to call them but I received no call back. They told me it was done being fixed, but why did nothing change? On the paper I received from the dealer, it stated that the “cust states timing chain cover is leaking” and that “no work done at this time, waiting for Toyota approval”. I would appreciate it if I was aware or told about this beforehand. Extremely disappointed. Please contact me to resolve this issue. ****-****-xxxx.

Everything was fine except they didn't turn off the Maintenance Required light. The main reason I brought it in.
He fit me in as my car battery died and got my service completed also. All as a spur of the moment situation. I am so appreciative of the help Andrew gave!

The representative that assisted me informed me that my vehicle is due for 30,000 mile tuneup he quoted the price and when I asked him what the price entails he simply quoted the price again. He kept quoting the price over and over when I repeatedly kept asking what it was that I would be getting for paying that price he was not only unable to tell me, he was also extremely short and rude. I have never had a dissatisfactory experience at Toyota before but today I felt like customer service was really lacking. If someone is asking or suggesting a product to me that cost $300 I would assume that I would at least be able to have a breakdown as to what it was that my money was going to get me. The only thing I was told is that they would not be able to change the filter with Toyota care because it wasn’t covered. So does that mean that $300 gets me a filter?When I scheduled my appointment I asked if my vehicle was still under Toyota care and nobody ever got back to me there was very poor communication throughout the whole process, as I mentioned before I’ve always had a great experience with this Toyota service center unfortunately today was not one of those days.
