Andrew was great. But I was a bit unhappy with waiting at the valet station for my car while the employee who eventually helped me was standing at the corner near the bench on his phone. It also made me feel extremely uncomfortable that some employees were walking around with their noses exposed from their masks, while some weren't wearing masks at all. Once the car was pulled up for me, I was shocked to see there was no sanitation protocol in place after the valet (whom at the very least was not wearing any gloves and has been continuously exposed to employees wearing masks incorrectly, if at all) was in the confined spaces of my car.
Duy has helped me the past several visits and is always professional and helpful.

Duy was very professional and genuinely courteous. He got me in and out in a timely manner and called me as promised as soon as my vehicle was finished being serviced.
I chose Elmore because it was closer to my home and I didnt have a great experience at South Coast Toyota the last time i took my car in for service. The experience I have received has made me a customer and I will be visiting Elmore from now on for all my Toyota needs. Thank you!
