When I arrived, I was in a big hurry. I explained that to Melissa, and she put me through quickly, getting me the service I needed in a short amount of time.
This is a big improvement over the previous visit. In prior times at this dealer, I have waited 30 minutes in the service drive just for someone to talk to me, and that’s not a good way to start. But that’s in the past, now Melissa made me feel much better about dealer service.

The advisor treated me as she gave me a favor, no update info until I approached her regarding my car. To change oil of car it took me close to 2h. I often go to Miller Toyota, their services are much better. My opinion not about hating, just for recommendation in order to serve customers better. Thanks.
Poor communication and terrible workmanship.

The running boards are improperly installed and the tire had a nail in it.
This is irresponsible and the worst experience I have ever had.

Andrew is the only guy I trust with my vehicles. My dad has been coming to him for 20 years and he always took care of his vehicles, as he does with my vehicles. he’s honest and makes sure the job is done and is done correctly. Don’t let this guy retire!

Hello Tony! I haven't drove my car at night for a couple of weeks till yesterday.
I notice that some of my LED light bulbs were switched out to regular bulbs.
Tell the guys in back that I know times are tough these days, but if they need something they can just ask instead of doing something scumbag like switching out perfectly fine working LED light bulbs for regular bulbs.
I saddens my heart to see my favorite Toyota Dealer whom I have come to depend on services for my vehicles for years come to this.

2 hour service turns into 5. No record of my 100k mile extended warranty i bought through Elmore. Told to leave even with me asking “don’t i need to see cashier?” No your good to go Phil responded thinking they made amends for my lengthy stay by comping my small service. Then accused me of skipPing out on my Bill and threatened to be sent to collections. Yeah that’s not what I do!! Not happy at all Time coming up to get a new truck. I think I’ll skip Elmore
