For a 10k mile service I was told about 1 1/2 hours . The service took over 2 1/2 to complete. There is not that much that needs to be done on this service and I felt the time taken was more than it should have been.

100% it is not Melissa's fault but another representative that started the paperwork said that it would take 1 1/2 hours to two hours because I made an appointment and if I didn't it would take longer closer to 2 1/2 to 3 hours more if i just walked in I was checking the time after two hours I did get upset cause i was waiting more than I was told, I might as well have just not made the appointment and walked in cause I waited the same amount of time. But besides that Melissa tried to to connect with me and try to relate to me in the short amount of time we had before I left, and I appreciate that greatly.
Tony Romero went out of his way to explain everything needed on this ( more expensive than we had planned on ) visit.
We have had trust issues in the past with Elmore’s Service Dept, but we felt very comfortable after our meeting with Tony. We will continue to always use Elmore with Tony Romero there. Thank you Tony :)
