Paid $204.00 for my 30/35,000 miles were supposedly included all 4 tires rotation, wipers check. Only the fluids were taking care of but my tires were not rotated neither my wipers. After the service on Saturday, March 21 remained sitting on the driveway since my vehicle is a leased. Did not notice, until Monday, March 23 when I was getting ready to go to work. One of the tire had 2 nails and a cut in the middle. How could it be? Paid 400 a year for oil change. $204 for flush fluids of motor and things posted on the service don't get done on a lease vehicle? I feel Toyota is too busy to take care of the business once they got a client on a contract.
