I asked for my driver side window to be looked at because it was squeaking and making noises. I was told everything was done and when I got home my window still had the same issue
I accidentally pressed “no”. It should have been a yes. I was satisfied, the only comment I have is that when we are told to wait in the lounge, some representatives tell us that they will come get us once they are ready- and others don’t say anything and then I have to keep looking out and guessing when I can come over to be assisted. I would just like some consistency so I don’t have to wait 20Min to pick up my car when I could have just been notified as soon as the representative was ready.

I would have liked to know that there was only a year warranty on the news battery before I bought it. Were there other options? I would have considered paying More for a battery with a longer warranty.. There was also several employees standing around talking which surprised me with the Covid 19 warnings. Also my car was not washed that would have taken 5 minutes and used to be part of the service.

Came in unexpectedly to say hi to a friend. Sean who was working at the time came over and noticed my tires were flat! He insisted on putting air into them. SO SWEET of him! He came back to inform me that there was a nail in my tire! Good thing he was there and observant!
