I most appreciated that Josh kept in touch and informed me of timing of service and its completion. I was given a loaner car, and I was worried about timing its return and pickup of my vehicle. I appreciated that he kept me informed.

We have purchase Lexus products since 2000 ( six different vehicles). Akron Canton Lexus has serviced all of our cars. We are very fortunate and pleased with all aspects of the dealership. Service is always helpful, technical person is wonderful in explaining the new technology added on the newer vehicles. Salespeople provide ongoing assistance and follow up. Lavonne H

I have been fortunate to have be able to have driven Porsche, Jaguar and Mercedes Benz automobiles in my lifetime to date…the ES300 Lexus H quality ranks in this group, with one exception…why would Lexus sell/lease this vehicle with such poor tires?…I brought my leased car in for tire rotation and top off of oil, fluid etc…when I exited the car in the service bay, I was informed the sensors indicated 3 of the 4 tires would need to be replaced very soon…the car has 24K miles…I could not believe the tires needed to be replaced this soon…the rep told me I had done a good job taking care of the tires because they usually this tire condition at around 20K!…my concern is this…this is a Lexus with a reputation for quality, prestige, comfort and quality…why would Lexus risk customer ire by placing an inferior/ mismatch tire on this vehicle?…you must know this-a customer arrives for tire rotation, which was free because my wife and I paid extra for tire rotation and wheel protection, only to walk out with a $1500.00 dollar bill with new Michelins…the rep told me they do not recommend Bridgestones to replace Bridgestones on the ES300…why?…is this programmed obsolescence?…apparently knows the Bridgestone composition/structure does not marriage well with the FSport…the only person in the dark was/is the customer…I consider this an ethical dent in the Lexus reputation…the service rep did a nice and honest job…being honest is what the customer should expect from Lexus…Lexus should cease and desist from installing Bridgestones on this vehicle, and stop jilting your customers on this “tire policy” asap
