Took excessive time to determine the one problem reported at first maintenance. Had my car for 2 days and needs it to be returned for one or more days for diagnosis.
There seems to be a disconnect between the official Lexus app and the service centers. The service I selected in the app included oil and filter replacement which was not performed by the service center. The app also showed the cost as $0 but the service center wanted to charge $100. Thankfully they comped the amount, but still concerning.
My only comment is you took 2.5 hours to do what the local Toyota dealer does in 1 hour for the same service on a similar vehicle. I'm not angry or accusing, just saying.
Vehicle was ready when promised and service advisor was great.
I like your dealership over in Akron Canton. I’ve always been treated with respect and courtesy there. The car is always maintained at a high-level. I’ve never even open the hood of my 2011 Lexus .Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.

In the short time I have dealt with Lexus of Akron Canton, I’ve been very impressed with EVERYTHING there. From the service team(Josh) to the sales team (Kari) and the entire remodel of the dealership. I won’t lie….I was skeptical when I first arrived in the area from Washington DC. I will note, despite the disarray, the staff personnel were still great.
I spent $2,900 in repairs 5.14.2024. Pryce and technician did a great job. On pickup, Pryce wasn't there, my car wasn't washed. Are complimentary car washes only available to those spending over $3,000?
I was very happy with the service I received through Lexus of Akron/Canton through the assistance of Josh Jancha and their tech Tyler. They both kept me updated while my vehicle was worked on along with details pertaining to the issues it was having. Thank you and I look forward to my next experience with this team!

Service advisor was not consistent with the information concerning the repair. Gave me three different prices.
