I dropped off my vehicle on 7/7/2020 with a scheduled appointment for 11:30am to install the Perimeter Plus Vehicle Security & Remote Start System, only to have been kept waiting until around 2:30pm with no progress on the installation. I was then told that my vehicle should be ready by 12pm the next day, and was not offered an option of transportation to/from the dealer. I returned the next day around noon to pick up my vehicle, which was not started on until around 12:30pm or so, and it was not given to me until around 2pm. I was charged $290 for this installation service, which I believe it to be absurd given the fact that it took more than one business day for the simple installation and programming of the remote start system.
