I have been to Central Ford for the same problem for more than five plus times. Car was purchased February 01, 2020. It is a 2020 brand new. Vehicle has internal problem and should be replaced. After returning the car so many times, now it has become a mental problem. Thank you for your concerns.

I have trusted my vehicle with Andy since we have owned the vehicle since 2014. It took awhile to find out the different dealership Andy was working at, it was only natural for me to bring the vehicle to him. Andy is always professional and honest. I travel from Lomita, Ca to Central Ford just because Andy is there.

Rene was very helpful and knowledgeable of the work that was needed on my car. The only thing I didn’t like was that my vehicle was not fixed do to the PCM that was needed to fix my car has been discontinued. I was very saddened because I’ve been having problems with it passing smog testing. But I guess that my problem to overcome. Rene was very up front with the things my car may need and was very easy to talk to very to a kind of person that may even be lead person in a business. I’ll be looking for him for help next time I go in to Central Ford.

I’ve been Servando’s customer for nearly 30 years. He never disappoints. Always very upfront with any needed services recommended.
