I had an appointment at 8am got there at 7:40. There were about 6 vehicles ahead of mine soon after me 6 other vehicles arrived. Because there are two entry ways at least 4 of those vehicles cut the line and were serviced before me. I didn’t get out until 8:30am. There needs to be a better system for that. Other than that everything else was fine.

I took my vehicle to fix some door latches, later I was notified that my vehicle was not turning on. I went over to the dealer I took my spare key and I pretended like I needed something from my car I went ahead and turned on my vehicle the car turned on just fine. There were trying to rip me off from some money. I went over and spoke with the service manager he told me he was going to take care of it 2 hours later my car was supposed to fix. Next day I went to go pick up my vehicle and the lady and the cashier told me that she was going to show me the recommendations the service department's recommends, to my surprise the whole recommendation sheet was blank. They didn't even have the courtesy to fill it out or even do the inspection. My father, mother, brother, wife and myself own Ford, but if this is the service we receive from this location I rather travel a few extra miles to a different Ford location. Sad service. I am not the person that usually leaves negative feedback but this time if this place wants to keep its customers everybody should get together and discuss new strategies because apparently is not working.

One of the two issues that were supposed to be solved reappeared as soon as I got to my house. The car isn’t turning on again.

My car stopped working due to a recall that was necessary... I had to pay for towing service, although Adrian provided decent customer service the car continues to come apart and Ford should be responsible for expenses presented due to recalls. Definitely not happy about the $60 dollars I had to pay.
