Adrian, is a class act put people in charged reminded please do not take what they say but make sure you apparerently have everything that is promised in writing better yet recorded. Very disappoint the lack of respect and ability to understand the customers point of view. Also,basically telling my mother and me " you want your car or not ". No compassion. But the good thing is they have good person in Adrian Gonzales

Rene was excellent in following up with us and keeping us updated. We had bought a new car from Central Ford but there was a big problem somewhere in the fuel line. We had a very tricky situation involving a Toyota recall on a critical issue that created an unsafe and dangerous condition. He got the right people and equipment involved to see the job through to the end. My compliments to Rene and his staff. Very professional and the great work is very much appreciated. Thank you again!

Window washer fluid wasnt refilled like i asked . Oil was left on my start button and my door handle !
