Rene Lugo Villaseñor is an excellent Service advisor. Very thorough and a pleasure to speak with. I will be returning to Rene for all my For Raptor needs.

Excellent service all on time

My car was kept for a whole week and it wasn’t worked on. When I called to check the status but Jorge didn’t work that day. I also called to see if I could get another service done on my car since My car was there and they said I would be #30 on the list. When I asked what number I was, the man said 15. He was going to check the status and call be back. About 5 minutes later I received a call back and the man said my car was too old to get fixed there. So it took 8 days for the service someone to tell me my car was going to get fixed because it was over 10years old. Why didn’t they say that when the asked the make model and year of the car. The 3 times I called I spoke to different people- all gave me different information regarding my car.

Excellent Service

We were very disappointed by the amount of time it took to have our Ford serviced. I dropped the car off at Central Ford on a Wednesday early morning regarding some recent concerns with the steering. On Thursday afternoon WE called to inquire if anything had been discovered. Andy told my husband he would call him back that day but never did. Finally on Friday we heard back from Jorge & I was told a part was ordered & would be serviced on Monday. Every day the following week we were told the car would be ready the next day until finally it was serviced on Thursday. Although our car sat at Central Ford for 8 days, the most disappointing part was the lack of communication particularly the 1st few days. Although, we have been customers of the service dept for about 10 years we never plan to return to Central Ford after ths experience.
