I took my car with a noise and nothing was done about it. I was very specific from where the noise comes from and at what speed it starts to sound they kept my car 2 days and the noise got worse. I did not receive any type of update or curtesy call in regards the work progres

Luis was very nice. Took car in early for a recall check and it did take a lot longer than I was told. Otherwise I like this place.

While I was mostly satisfied with my experience at Central Ford, the biggest issue I had was with communication between myself and the dealership. I was told that fixing my headlight would take a couple of months due to the shortage of supplies and parts when I bought the vehicle in June. I completely understood and was told to circle back in October to see if they had gotten the parts to replace my headlights. Reaching out, I was told it was going to take more time, and then again in December where I was told that they would contact me when the parts came in. It wasn't until January, when I called asking for an update, that I was told they had them. I proceeded to make the earliest appointments I could and left the car at the service center with an estimated time of repair being one day. I called two days later asking for an update and I was informed that they only had one of two parts they needed. Confused I asked why I took the car in the first place if the service wouldn't be completed and received no answer. I was offered a rental car, but I opted to pick up my vehicle and inform the dealer to contact me when the rest of the parts had been recieved. Three weeks passed and I again called first asking for an update, only to be informed they had received the parts in the past week. Taking the car for servicing, I was told they would contact me when the car was done with an approximate time of two days. Having not received a call in two days, I called three days later and was told they needed another two days. Finally, after a months-long back and forth, I was contacted first and told to come to pick up my car. The work on my vehicle was great, and the staff was helpful, but the lack of communication, misinformation, and the need to be reminded of my service/car was a giant headache for months.
