Possibly the worst dealership experience I have ever had. My own dealership told me I could have my tire replaced at any Ford dealership because I have purchased Fore tire care coverage. I showed previous paperwork and told them that was not my name but they still put down the other name. All around I was made to feel like it would be way too much of a hassle for the dealership to help me with this and did not feel welcome whatsoever. I do NOT want to be contacted ever again by this dealership EVER.
