I was told at first my engine was blown, after a month of my car being at the dealer they ended telling me it was just a blown gasket. I ended up being the one to always call them first to hear about any updates because they not once called to let me know how thing’s were going. After Almost two months I finally got my car back.

Dropped my vehicle off at 10:40 am, I was told I'd receive a call when my vehicle would be ready, I only got a text message with a phone number to call or reply to via text. I texted and got no reply, called the number they provided and it ended up being an auto collision center that had nothing to do with Central Ford. It wasn't until I called at 3:50 pm that I finally got confirmation my vehicle was ready. This is the 2nd time this has happened since I've been going here since 2018. Kind of disappointing considering i was expecting a call and not once got one and the number I was provided didn't even go to the correct business.

I have one complaint. When I dropped off my vehicle, at 8:30 am, I was told I would be kept informed throughout the day on the progress on my vehicle, which I was not. I only received one notice around 11:00 am. At around 4:00 pm I called to see what was happening with my vehicle. In the morning I was told that I might need to leave my vehicle overnight, so I was worried I would not get my vehicle that day. When I called they said it would be ready in another hour. I wish they would called me when they realized it would take longer than anticipated so I could relax about that. Thank you.
