The issue is that when I got my car back I tried turning on the AC, and it wouldn't work. I had to take off to go to work so I couldn't stay and inform a tech. When I got to work I saw that my heater and defrosters are not working neither.

Ray the supervisor is not a fit person for his position!!! You really need a understanding person to fill in that job!! No customer service skills at all. Don’t you know the customer is what pays your salary??
