Took a week to get car back replacing one part. I'm was told I have an oil leak but the dealership was too busy to fix the issue.

Took in my Ford Explorer to fix 3 recalls and they were able to finish all 3 in a day witch was great . Everything went well from my arrival to time to pick up my car . Only disappointment was when I asked to get a quote on a ceiling vent that I was missing on the back. Dealer wanted to charge $170 just for that one part that just needs to be clipped on. Personally I think it’s to expensive for a small Piece. Other than that everything else was fine.

It’s good to keep the customers informed of the status of our vehicle for example my van I use it for work it’s what makes my money if my vehicle is going to park in your lot for several hours or days I need to be informed so that way I can work around your schedule a little info can go along ways makes everyone happy overall I understand that things don’t always work as planned and I get that Adrian is a good service advisor and I thank him for his service and like always thank central Ford for your service’s please reach out to me ! ????
