Well, my reason for putting this bad comment is that I take my 2019 ford explorer to the oil and filter change service, and I asked the person who attended me that day and before I left the place I asked how much the service would go out and m He gave a price of 130 and when my wife went to pick up the truck it turns out that the bill rose in price to 140 and the excuse they gave me was that because they thought my truck had 5 quarts of oil and they did not know it had 6 This makes me think that the people they have for the service or are beginners or what happened like they will not know how much oil a change takes if when they put the information of the vehicle they know what it occupies I do not take my explorer back to the service very bad service

The rep should have told me about the three days to be serviced. I could have made arrangements to drive to work. Instead I ubered three trips that I could have skipped. Good work on the repairs but lousy follow through on customer care.
