Mr. Cardinal was very polite and a gentleman. He was courteous and made me feel at easy. I truly appreciate the Central Ford team members. I know I can trust my vehicle with them. They deserve a reward.

Servando provided me with excellent service today. He remembered me from the day prior and made sure my car was ready within the hour. He was constantly checking on me and was very kind, clear, verbal, and professional. So far, Servando is the best staff member I have encountered at this location. Everyone should look to Servando as the best example of what outstanding customer service is :)

Only complaint is website allowed me to schedule appointment for 0700 but shop doesn’t even open till 0800. I know that’s not Andy’s fault and he and his team did a good job.

No me dio ninguna buena solución acerca de mi camioneta la llevé al dealer pensando que iban a encontrar el problema y darme una solución y mike me dijo que porque traigo muchas cosas en mi camioneta por eso se calienta la transmisión y se supone que mi camioneta es de carga muy mal servicio
