He was great

Agent was cordial. Service was terrible. I took in my car on a Wednesday for 4 things: oil change; rear seat middle cup holder fall all the way down and drinks fall off the cup holder: driver window goes back down when pulling up the window: tailgate automatic foot lift function is very unresponsive and I need to kick foot around for a minute to trigger it. Update the next Wednesday (7 days later): did oil change: window works fine: tailgate works fine: cup holder is fixed. They actually wanted to keep the car longer to “try” and replicate the window issue, but I needed my car back. I picked up the car, and the rear cup holder is still broken, someone at the dealer drew pictures on my rear view window( I park inside a closed gate driveway and I had actually just washed my car before it took it to dealer, so it’s very unprofessional if a worker did it, and if a stranger did it Ford has poor security). I’m going on a trip with the kids and we can’t use the cup holders because I’m sure Ford is now going to say they can’t get the parts before Christmas. It took Ford 7 DAYS to perform an oil change!!!! And not fix any of the other issues!!! And claim they fixed something that it took me 5 seconds to notice it was still broken. I arrived at 9:45 , I didn’t leave until 1:15 … there were customers that received their vehicles back that arrived after I did .. it was overwhelming to be there 3hrs for a oil change
