Way too much time for an oil change
Hi, good evening !!!
Everything was good this morning, the service writer approached me . And he asked me “ how may I help you “ ?
I answered that I needed a oil service.
He said “ sure no problem, We can help you “.
He gave me the price of the oil change.
I agree to it and he said he will provide a vehicle inspection. Which it was fine.
The only thing I didn’t like at the end, I was expecting a courtesy car car wash , which my truck was returned dirty.
I work for the auto industry, so I know they offer you a car wash, which I didn’t he

Alejandra what is the best service writer I’ve ever had and that was deleted on how quick my service was done I Recommend her for a raise and a four week vacation I’ll be back to get my other service done and make sure she writes me up every time thank you merry Christmas
No estoy de acuerdo con lo que le hicieron a mi vehículo porque solo fue update a la computadora y no fu el problema que al que yo la llevé.
After I picked up my vehicle and read the technicians comments that stated brake pads were at 6mm and 7mm, I was disappointed that I didn't get a call to get advised of that. Had they done so, I would have taking advantage of the fact that the vehicle was already there and had the brake pads. In addition, sticker on windshield has the green box check off for brakes which is not accurate if pads are indeed at 6mm and 7mm.

Superior customer service from beginning to end. The wait time for an oil service was fast. Representative was very professional and knowledgeable.
I went in for two services of a oil change and for a replacement or removal of the security pad and because the person who was supposed to be there to do the security pad did not come in due to rain all they were able to do at the time was just to remove it but when I got my car back the area that they had removed the pad still had a small opening and what looked like build up gunk in between I explained to the service department is this supposed to look like this just because the pad was removed they couldn't have cleaned this up and make it to where there is no hole I can see this is ridiculous especially because this is the same place where I bought my car from so I just expected so much more of a better quality of service especially since I never had a problem in the past but the only thing the technician kept telling me was "oh well when you bring it back will fix it up so it doesn't look like that." But I shouldn't have to wait till next time it should have been completely finished before they came to me and said my car is ready and I kept trying to explain to the technician that over time I don't want this area to open up even more and then when I have to have properly fixed I don't need y'all telling me that your going to charge me to fix it when I kept trying to tell you about and the only option given to me was "next time".
