Two recalls took 26 days to complete due to poor communication between employees. Hard to get of hold anyone i would wait a full day to get a call back with any updates on vehicle.

My experience with Luis was great! He always updated me on my car whenever new information would come out. He helped me figure out an effective way to cover the cost. His customer service was on point and was always very friendly. I had no issues communicating with him. Great Ford representative!

I turned in my car for an oil change and an install on a part at 9 am. I didn’t receive a phone call so I decided to call at 2 pm. They had told me they had finished up the oil change and have been working on installing the part. I still didn’t receive a phone call so I decided to go to the dealership only to find out my car did not receive an oil change nor did they install the part. My car spent 10 hours at the dealership for a simple service and wasn’t even touched.
