Luis did a excellent job. Well spoken with his customers. ****kept me updated about what I needed to know and when I needed it unlike other customer service is just trash. Unfortunately I can't really say the same about who worked on the car. Upon receiving my car I found sticky residue all around my window moldings and door panels. Ofcourse it was tape adhesive. Wish they found another solution to cover my windows without taping it do to no power windows during the time. Two thumbs up for Luis Ramirez. Thumbs up for electrical technician. Thumbs way down for whoever taped the door panels and windows.

Servando is always very courteous and helpful when I take in a fleet vehicle. He is the reason I continue to use Central ford for our service and repairs.
The service agent who took care of me was super kind. It was my first time taking my car for an oil change ever. I didn’t know what to do, just knew I had to take it to the service area. The agent walked me through how long the process was going to take and informed me of any additional services my car may need. He also told me when my future oil change is due. Additionally, he brought up the Ford reward pints which covered the oil change and made the service free. I will definitely be going back here again to service my car. One suggestion though, I have other service areas have complimentary coffee, water or snack, and this place did not. Being the foodie that I am, that would be the cherry on top of the good service.

I was very happy with the exceptional service I was provided today
I had call three time to get hold of Andy. Left two voicemails to him. I did not get a call back. On the third time I finally got a hold of him. I was promise the car will be ready by 1:30 pm same day. But by the time I got a hold of Andy. It’s already 3:15 pm. I already off from my worn place. So I have to pick up the company car next day.
Also for your company to open service at 8:00 am it a little bit to late of the time. Lot of other dealer open at 7:00 am Monday to Friday.
