I was pleased I was able to hook up with Jorge Castro to take care of my issues with ants and no wheel lock key on the certified preowned SUV I purchased. On the flip slide, I was very unsatisfied with the lack of interest by the sales rep to initially handle these issues.

I left multiple messages over several days attempting to schedule service before my call was returned. There were no envelopes available in the drop box for keys when I dropped the vehicle off. I called for updates several times without a response, and also tried communicating via text without a response. Eventually someone called me back and gave a vague estimate about when the repair would be complete. When I got the call that the repairs were done, I was not given any details about how the problem was resolved. Overall, communication was extremely poor.
