Took way to long for an oil change and they did not do the 10 point inspection and give me the results. Need to improve your game!

I cringe every time I know I need to take my car to have it serviced. There is not enough space to explain everything that has gone wrong. Loyal customer of Volvo just wish their customer service matched up to the quality of car
Jacquelyn is a pleasure to deal with; I am so pleased that she was handling the service of my vehicle. Because of her customer service (and technical) acumen, my wife and I will be planning to purchase our 2nd vehicle from McGrath Volvo Cars of Fort Myers. As long we we own Volvo's (and as long as Jaquie is working in the Service Dept.), we will never have reason to have our vehicle(s) serviced anywhere but with McGrath Volvo Cars of FM.

I am from out of town and it is awful hard for me to get close to a Volvo dealership as I live in Key West and the closest one is in Miami. I explained my situation to your lady that works in service(sorry I forgot your name).She made me an appointment for Saturday morning and your service tech fixed everything I asked to get fixed. Additionally you cleaned my car up and it looked awesome. Real quality service. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks so much for taking care of me.

Service representative was great. I don’t like my radio station changed.
I had great communication the day of service. 5 days later on 10/13 the check engine came on again which was the main reason I brought in the car. It doesn’t look like the issue was resolved.
