Jacki is awesome. One issue that I think should be addressed is whoever serviced my car must be a heavy smoker as the car smelled like smoke when I got it back. Also a lot of the stuff such as notepads and sanitation wipes that were on the passenger side were moved and not put back where they were. Jacki was not in the car after it was serviced but she was extremely helpful and I’ve dealt with her a few times. I drive an hour and 45 minutes to have my car serviced at your dealership.
