Herbert Valdez was fantastic. From the time I walked in until I left he made sure that I was taken care of. He kept me informed about the status of my car and even saw to it that my car was swept and washed when it was returned.

I authorized the work to be done on Mon AM and service was not complete until Fri PM - we communicated a couple of times but I wish there would have been more with options to come get my car, get a loaner, etc as 5 days without a car is a lot when the job was only supposed to take 2.

Herbert made my appointment so simple for me. Everything was completed as asked. I appreciated having a loaner while mine was being worked on, especially since I have multiple school drop-offs and pickups for my grandchildren. My car was completed in a timely manner and I was back in my own car by early afternoon. The service was impeccable. Thank you!!

They sold me a car that broke down own 2 days after I bought it has broke down multiple times sinwell time since and then told me it would be $600 to repair it Then the part they said they would need to replace I had replaced somewhere else it's else and it wasn't even the part that's causing the car to break down it still has issues

Everyone was very nice and made our big fluffy dog Denali the object of their affection! Of course our service was courteous and friendly. Bert was communicating about the progress and I got help from Dave with my key fob battery and from Frank ordering several parts! A great experience overall!
