You are the first to balance and rotate the tires on my xc90 and you got it wrong. We brought it back and your response after doing the balance again was the tires are cupped? You ruined the tires on my car and tried to blame it on a previous rotation which had never been done. As far as I am concerned you owe me a new set of tires. This car has 20k miles and drove and rode beautifully before you touched it. Now it rides like a broken down 20 year old hunk. There are at least 3 Volvo’s on my street and they are new to FL. I will be letting them know about your service. Oh and you initially charged me 300.00 to rotate and balance. Had we not called you would never have corrected this. I cannot refer you to anyone and I will reach out to Volvo

This Dealership has always been upfront with their assessments of the vehicle needs and performs the repairs needed in an expeditious timeline. The costs of repairs is fair and I have been happy with service department for their promptness. Jacqueyln Pfeiffer has been my service representative since I have owned the car and has always treated me with respect and truthfulness whenever I have had to have the car serviced.
