I was not made aware of the medical hazards that asthmatics suffer from the use of ozone. Also the vehicle was not detailed before we left the dealership. Also, not the least of this situation I have been been made aware that (MY) fiduciary consultant from your dealership was discussing our deal with a person (or person's) who have ZERO, say in our relationship, regarding a sale between myself and your establishment. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from Upper management upon their return .

Living in Naples, I scheduled service, after the drive to McGrath Volvo and waiting for a hour and a half, I was informed that the repair part was not available. This was after the problem was identified and a similar repair was completed a few week prior to my scheduled repair.
