Thank you all for helping. I did answer no to your trade-in appraisal suggestion—if I may put that off for another year or two. I kind of like to hold onto a really good car for 10 years and my Volvo is only 7 years old and still has life in it. I also want to see how all electric cars fair over the next 2 years. We’ll see

Actually service on the car was great. Little disappointed that 2 people before me got their car washed. Heard service go to both of them and tell them their car would be out after it was washed. We were told the cars weren’t being washed today. In the scheme of things not a big deal. Just wondered why were singled out. I guess as long as car is good we are good
I just don’t think it should take 90 min to do an oil change.

I had an appt at 8am on Friday morning, 1/7 for a recall on a drivers side air bag and when I arrived nobody had ordered the airbag for my S60. Someone really dropped the ball and I am not at all happy with the fact that I took someone else’s airbag because mine wasn’t ordered. This was my first visit and NOT IMPRESSED. You asked……
