Herbert takes good care of me when I take my S60 in for service.... keeps me up to date, ensures everything is taken care of, is engaging and polite. The wait wasn't too long, the lounge/waiting are plenty comfortable, guest wifi works well... all good!

I was there for an issue with the start/stop function. After 3 hours and assurance that it was fixed I left. 4 days later the alert come on saying the start/stop feature needs service. I called the service department today Monday March 7 and left a message twice and no one returned my call to schedule service. So I am not satisfied and very disappointed in the service I receive at McGrath Volvo of Ft Myers.
