The people at Volvo of Fort Myers there are extremely nice and very helpful. I was supposed to get a rental and they didn't have any because of the situation that we're having and they found me a rental. I was surprised and very pleased thank you

I ordered a part, made an appointment and 4 hours after I brought you the car and sat in your showroom waiting I was told you did not have the part and I have to come back. I don’t live locally. This was a colossal waste of time and a huge inconvenience.
I noticed my gas available had decreased quite a bit. When I got in the car the temperature was set at 68 and I usually have it at 78. My question was the tech sitting in the car while working with temp set at 68 and hi fan?

My only objection is the length of time for the service- i get an 8 am appt and I rarely get out by 11am. On a positive note, I get a lot of other work done LOL.
I have never had better service than from Jackie Pfeiffer. We’ve had many cars…. Economy and luxury.
There is not one person that compares to Jackie for taking care of the customer that I can reference. She is absolutely what every Service Associate should be modeled after. I will remain a Volvo customer, because of the care and respect given to us , by her. She’s a great asset for McGraths Volvo.
Mr. Valdez attitude was condescending. He spoke down to me as though I was stupid for being concerned about the issue with my car despite me telling him multiple times that both Volvo of Naples and Volvo Roadside Assistance had told me not to drive the car any further and to have it towed. Based on my experience with him, I would not recommend McGrath Volvo to anyone I know. It’s a shame to have to deal with someone in the service business who is not customer service oriented.
