One of my biggest issues with your service department is that when you call no one answers the phone. The call goes to a message extension 98% of the time. Therefore my car was completely but I didn’t know that until late in the day so I was unable to get my car that day I picked it up the next day. The communication in the service department is horrible.
Jacquelyn Pfeiffer is a total professional and is extremely knowledgeable. She explains the mechanics of my suv in a way that I can understand. Jacquie is an outstanding customer oriented service representative.
