Each time that we have 1-of our 2-Volvos (XC40 + S60; each 2019) serviced, our decision to purchase and service BOTH of these cars from / by McGrath Volvo Cars of Fort Myers is reaffirmed, when we deal with Jacquie. We recommend M.V.C.of F.M. to our family and friends because of Jacquie (AND John Bodmann [a.k.a.: "Johnny Bananas"] and Jorge Castro).

Second time in a row where I have driven 30 minutes to get my car serviced, first time for the check engine, which was a “problem with the gas cap”…. Not so fast, it was not the problem and a useless fix which ended up costing me $50 and change in useless labor and my time. So I leave the store thinking everything is fixed, not even 5 miles down the road… check engine is on again!! So I schedule another appointment, this time it’s a $1100 bill for the parts needed, which should have been replaced last time. So I pay the bill, satisfied with my service, and then sure enough, this time it was 8 miles down the road, the light is on AGAIN!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I am so frustrated with this Situation, I take full time classes as well as work and don’t have time to be driving back and forth to get useless fixes and pay for stuff that I do not need. Will be definitely be calling and potentially returning tomorrow morning. If this happens again my money will be going to Volvo Naples in the future. Thank you Jorge, Herbert and Jackie for the help they have given me, however, I have been consistently let down by the quality of service and guarantee you guys have placed on your name.

That was the best service I have received in sometime. The staff was personable and made my car a priority and I felt like they treated my call like it was theirs. They understood my position of needing my car back as soon as possible and they went beyond my expectations I recommend them highly I give you 15 out of 10

Low tire alert came on. Had to pull over on busy I75 Guage tires to make sure no issues. Then had to recalibrate tpms. This should have been done after the changing of the left rear tire..

I received a text message early this morning saying I could either text or call I text and received no answer. I called and the first time it went to voicemail. I did not leave a message as I was not sure I would get an answer. I text again no answer. I called and this time left a message. No answer. I at least expected a call that the car was ready. No call. I live in Estero so it is not a quick ride to your showroom. My granddaughter was at FSW today so I picked her up so we were close to your showroom so we stopped in. The car was ready but the handle that was supposed to be done was not. No explanation why. Just salesman had the day off. Not very good customer service.
