I can’t say enough kind words about your service department. Herbert does a fantastic job. He seamlessly navigates communication between the customers and the mechanics. For me, a service department can dictate how I feel about a dealership and is part of what determines whether I’ll buy a car there again. I would definitely consider buying another car from you all based on your service department.

Jackie is AWESOME!!! What I am unhappy about is this was the 4th time I had to come for a XC60 tow hitch cover. The guy who is painting it can not get the color correct. Now Monday I have to come back when he is there to match it then come back Thursday to get it that will make 6x back and forth
