Herbert has been a good service advisor and very professional. With that being said this service and maintenance so far has been terrible in my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in due to a check engine screen on. They had it for three days and told me nothing was wrong with my car and to come and pick it up. I used Uber all of those days to work and spent a lot of money so I was hoping that my vehicle would be fixed but when I got there the check engine screen was still on and nothing had been done to my car at all and it was still not fixed.

My husband called the Service Manager about the brakes on our newly purchased XC40. He told my husband to bring it in next Tuesday 8:30 am which I did. My appointment was not on the schedule, but Herb was helpful in working it in. Turns out the brakes (rotors) were part of a recall so no cost to us (Yay!). Herb was did a great job in estimating the repair time and letting me know what was available in the customer lounge while I waited (1st time here). He also explained the vehicle's service history and when I will need to bring it back for maintenance. Thumbs up to Herb for a pleasant service appointment.

Bought four tires however, not happy with the alinement.
Steering wheel is off center and car pulls to the right when It should drive straight. I asked for correction, but so far to no avail.
Thinking, what do I need now to do to correct this.
It’s uncomfortable, and somewhat unsafe….
