This is third time the vehicle has been in to fix the same problem ! Service adviser does his job but the competence of the techs are lacking !!! The vehicle will be at the shop 3 weeks this coming Thursday !!! It’s a bit disappointing!
Jackie was terrific. She was very attentive and well qualified to answer my questions. She is a customer service aficionado. It was a pleasure doing business with her and this was not my first time with Jackie was my customer service person. It is worth noting that she remembered me from my previous visit and this made a wonderful impression on me. If I had a business I would try to steal her away from you. She is an excellent employee.
