My appt was for 1:30...I was there at 1:00 pm...I got my car back at 5:PM.. that was a long wait for the wheel align service should have been done in an hour ..yes .. my regular shop was booked till may 12 so I tried mcgrath Volvo My wife was not too happy geo thier/ for Helen thier
The service department needs someone to answer their phones! It took several days and many phone calls to communicate with the service department! They never pick up the phone. You have to leave messages that either get overlooked or ignored. If they do call back it could be the next day and if you miss the call because your on the toilet or in the shower, the process starts all over again. After over a week of trying to get an appointment for service, finally Jacki set up On Call to have my car towed in. I must also add that as sweet as Jacki is to talk to and as much as she tries to help, she also has a problem with returning phone calls at times. She says she’s too busy on the phone with other phone calls. Maybe you need more people on the phones, you think?!?! Oh and the other problem was to actually get an appointment because the service department is too busy. Their reason was, that everybody’s leaving Florida to go up north and have their cars checked. Again I believe you’re understaffed!

Car was not washed or vacuumed inside. Way behind schedule in appointments.
