Thank you for bringing information needed for my vehicle and taking care of it. The only problem I had was setting up the services to be done—meaning couldn’t contact Jackie —had to leave a message. My wife and I have 2 other vehicles and take them individually to the dealerships when service is needed. My experience with Volvo was pleasant—— I was unaware of coffee in the back room just water available for customers.

After waiting 2 hours it was decided they couldn’t fix the vehicle unless I left it there. Headed back north so I will try again in the fall when I return. No problem

I still have issues with the performance of the Navigation. I don't have real-time traffic alerts I utilize in trips. From what I can tell Maps application is working off line. I'm not an Apple Phone user, my smart phone is an Android operating system.
