The service agent had work done that was not authorized. Then he said he tried to reach out to me and I didn’t answer the phone to get it authorized. None of that was factual. I don’t appreciate work being done that I didn’t authorize and then trying to charge me for it. I further don’t like dishonest employees or people

I called multiple times to schedule a service. I left a voice mail. I never received a call back. I had to call again at the end of the day to get a service scheduled.
During service after speaking with Jackie I call back so I could give her my credit card so when Someone picked up my vehicle it would be ready to. Also because I would be driving during the pick up and I would have difficulty giving cc info while driving. I left Jackie a voice mail never received a call back until the vehicle was being picked up and I was driving.
I probably will go to Naples Volvo for my next service to see if they have better customer service
I brought my wife's xc90 in for 2 sensors. The service agent told me that the 2 sensors would cost $600. Upon completion of the work the service agent gave me a bill for $1,498.78. Never once did the service agent tell me that it would cost $1,498.78, He told me $600. Never once has this happened at any other Volvo service department. Needless to say we won't be returning
