Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. George in service is one of the worst, and the finance department upstairs must have been trained by George, cause all of them just lie to you and still don’t know how to do their jobs. I bought a Ford F-150 but I’d really like to know if your “Volvo” customers get treated the same way. McGrath Volvo is a joke, really hope to see the liars get fired one day and then maybe this dealership can get back where it needs to be. Either way I’ll never be back.

When you had the car in your possession your service dept took out the interior when you put it back after the collision clinic finished with it, the serial number was missing from the dash board
