I came in to get my ABS sensor replaced, and the service department let me leave with a flat tire on my front driver side!!!! A flat tire!!! I just got these tires in September, and they were good when I went in for my service. Then I was on my drive home afterwards, and realized the car was pulling to the right really bad. when I parked, I saw the tire was coming completely off the rim. Everytime that I go to this Volvo and leave I have a new problem with the car! And everyone in my family has Volvos and they have this same problem with this dealership. It’s almost like the car is being sabotaged so we have to come back and spend more money… it’s terrible that I have to worry about fixing problems made by the dealership. It’s so unsafe!

First time at dealership for service and I found it to be a very good experience
Only slight disappointment would be I wasn’t told how long it would take (4 hours!). If I’d known I probably would have asked about a courtesy car. No big deal, but it was a long time to just sit there.
I have yet to be contacted about a part ordered as well as my warranty approval & appointment.

Wish the brake pads were covered by the warranty . Only 26000 miles on the xc60.
