The wash job was poor at best. The windows were left with streaks and some black marks were left on the side of the vehicle.
Jacquie took care of what I needed right away. She did a fantastic job, as usual! Overall, service and repair is outstanding! I do recommend my friends to buy their next car from this Volvo dealership. Their salespeople are the best I’ve ever dealt with.
The technician did not reset the tire indicator. It came on the dashboard driving home, showing that the tire was losing air. I talked to your service people, they tried to walk me through it, not able to do so.

Was told to change a battery would be an hour an hour and half 3 hours later car was returned with engine light on. When he brought it back 10 min later light was off as it was running. **** off vehicle and boom lights on again. very disappointed
Our 9:00-10:30 appointment went over an hour longer until 11:45 without updates or explanations. The work on the car was completed satisfactory.

Communication between the service reps and the service mechanics was atrocious. It took a month for my car to get repaired because no one communicated my authorization to repair my vehicle. Then one of their service mechanics threatened to report the loaner vehicle I had as stolen even though my vehicle wasn't even repaired, not even touched. When i valled to talk to one of the dervice managers, he told me that i needed to listen to him and stop talking because they had tried to contact me even though i had receive zero calls/messages from them. Luckily Andrew, the customer service manager, stepped in to get the ball rolling. Worst service experience I've ever had with Volvo since I've owned my vehicle, and I hope they fix this problem.
