Even though the technicians did not find any problems, my car is still experiencing the same issue. I also took the vehicle to another Volvo dealer and they could not find any problems either. His is perplexing.
I still have not gotten any service

Took 2 weeks to get a minor body work completed
Service advisor should have coordinated with body shop and kept me informed
I would leave messages and not hear back for days

Was sold a 60k vehicle w/ no brakes , 3 times in service for same , this last time appt for 8:45 am , @ 3:30pm finally on lift and was told car not ready , needed to order another sets of brake pads , only to get call next morning didn’t need pads after all only needed lubricants, picked up car on Fri 24th , given invoice for service w/ nothing written on it , got home and realized passenger front tire side slashed open down to cords , have since email Jorge and jace w/ no response , car is undriveable now , please advise

We needed additional work done on the vehicle and reschedule to accommodate for the additional work. The day prior to the rescheduled appointment I called to confirm that ALL work will be done and I offered to reschedule again if it is not possible. I was told EVERYTHING can be done. The day of the appointment we were told that the wheel alignment can’t be done and the part that was ordered is broken. I can’t express how disappointed we are about this treatment! Volvo of Fort Myers had the chance to reschedule us before the appointment and missed this opportunity. We have been a customer since Dezember 2009 and have never experienced anything like this before. Does customer loyalty no longer count?
