My dash was signaling a low beam bulb failure. Why the mechanic didn’t see it or replace it, I’m not sure. I’ve already left two messages for Jackie and so far no response.

I’m not really happy with you because the car that you sold me has a security issues on one the suspension arms on the front. I took the car to a certify dealer and show me the pictures that the arm was crack and dangerous.. they change it and I had to pay for that service when I pay to you 33K for the van. Not acceptable and really disappointed. My lawyer is looking for a case in court….
Being helped by Jace was a wonderful experience. He kept me informed throughout the service about what was happening. I look forward to many years of service at McGrath with Jace as my Service Advisor.

The service department did not rotate the tires as requested even though it’s been 10K miles. They said it wasn’t needed. No further explanation.
After 3 hours my software update failed and I was sent home saying you will be fine … no my car is already feeling the mess up
Also, after the hurricane when I lost my one year old car your dealership tried to make me pay double for a car with less , had to drive out of the county to get a better price
I will never service my car or lease one at your dealership

I have been working with Jacquelyn for years. She does a great job and is responsive and dependable. Very pleased with the service I receive. The detailing was great. I had to look twice to see if it was my car. I have been buying Volvos for years. I wouldn’t switch.
Well i had an 8:30 apt and around noon still no status.
Kept getting text asking me if i has questions to text and i will text and no answer.
Im not sure if lady in front was this Jaqulinebit i kept asking her question on status of car and nothing.
Then i just decided to leave and not have my car serviced.
Horrible and the lady in front just told me sorry im just the cream in the oreo.
Crazy response
Dropped vehicle off around 12/19 waited four weeks called three times to hear "wait another week- waiting on part" we picked it up yesterday 1/4 and was told it was only a headlight bulb!!!
Vell we picked it up 1/2 for a day (Jorge assisted) dropped it back off 1/3 because the headlight was still not working and the work order still not completed.
NOBODY COULD FIND THAT THE VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIR IN DECEMBER. No paperwork was generated for picking up our vehicle on 1/2. BUT when we returned the vehicle on 1/3 a new work order was generated so it looks like the vehicle was there 1 day for a headlight bulb. I also had to request that the vent blower tubes under the seats be re-attached because they weren't last time (may 2022) you also left the battery cover in the back area and did not put the lug nut covers on the front passenger tire. I'm still mad and want restitution on the last bill we paid. What WILL YOU DO ABOUT THIS?? REPLY via text ****-****-xxxx

After paying $1,144.18 for my 100k Volvo service and returning home, I reviewed my invoice and noticed that Jace had not included the Volvo $50 off coupon I had presented to him when I dropped the car off. After calling, leaving a voicemail, and texting him to see if this could be remedied, I received no response whatsoever. This is unprofessional and rude.
All I am asking is for a $50 credit on the card I used to pay the invoice per the Volvo coupon I used.
