I specifically asked both Mike and Connor that my car would be clay barred as part of the prep before the First class paint treatment. They said yes it would as we have had many cars complete this process. I dropped my car off at 9:15 am and at 12:05 pm Jace called me to say my vehicle was ready. I was astonished that it could be completed that quickly. When I arrived to pick up my car I inspected it and as I thought the finish on the car was rather rough. I expected a better product than what I received. I am not happy and expect something done. Look at how many cars I have bought from this dealer ship. Am I not a good customer?
I appreciate Jackie’s efforts on my issue which was, unfortunately, caused by my puppy.
I got there just after 5pm. Jace had just walked out to go home. He heard my concern to someone else and he came back to me listened to my problem and wrote up a work order for the next day. FURTHER, Ilive in Cape Coral and had no way home. He went around asking if anyone else was going home to Cape Coral. He found,me a ride and this 76 year old man was very grateful. Wonderful customer service-above and beyond!????

Wash very helpful, although the service was quite costly she was very helpful and I formative. She rested my fears and explained much of the service provided.

The service guy was off today but I was told to come in to get my high beam light repaired but he was not there so I left without my light being repaired I know it's a old used car I paid cash for but it still would like my light to work
I had one person tell me one thing and then another person tell me another. And leaving voicemails for two days and not receiving a call back! Very disappointed!! Will never go back!!
I inadvertently stated that I want an appraisal. I am happy with my car and since they are no longer being made, I would not trade it in. This is my third Volvo and I am quite happy. Ms. Pfeiffer was extremely professional and welcoming.
